Implement string> as a compiler macro instead of an optimisation
This doesn't affect the generated code.
* lisp/subr.el (string-greaterp): Add compiler macro.
* lisp/emacs-lisp/byte-opt.el (byte-optimize-string-greaterp): Remove.
