dired-do-shell-command: Fix check for wildcards

* lisp/dired-aux.el (dired-do-shell-command): Replace just '?', '*'
and '`?' i.e., keep the whitespaces.
* test/lisp/dired-aux-tests.el (dired-test-bug27496): Add test.
