FIXME comment referring to Ruby 1.8-only syntax.
(ruby-smie--implicit-semi-p): Not after "|" operator.
(ruby-smie--closing-pipe-p): New function.
(ruby-smie--forward-token, ruby-smie--backward-token): Use it.
(ruby-smie-rules): Indent after "|".
