* lisp/emacs-lisp/comp.el (native-compile-prune-cache): Don't
prune *.eln files in parent directory of `native-comp-eln-load-path'.
* test/lisp/emacs-lisp/comp-tests.el
(test-native-compile-prune-cache/dont-delete-in-parent-of-cache):
