Another fix for parse-colon-path
* test/lisp/files-tests.el (files-tests-bug-21454, files-colon-path):
Adapt to change in behavior of 'parse-colon-path'.
* lisp/files.el (parse-colon-path): Don't expand the directory
names: that changes the names in ways this function is not
supposed to. (Bug#49918)
