* .bzrignore: Add .h files that are host-dependent.
Add lib/.deps/, lib/arg-nonnull.h, lib/c++defs.h, lib/getopt.h,
lib/time.h, lib/unistd.h, lib/warn-on-use.h. These are
host-dependent and are built as part of an ordinary 'make', and
should not be checked in.
