Add `flags` arg.
* lisp/cedet/semantic/grammar.el (semantic-analyze-possible-completions):
Add `flags` arg. Reverse the found prefix.
(semantic-ctxt-current-class-list): Include token tags as things to
appear in non-lisp context.
