(gud-display): Use GDB command ptype instead of whatis
to find out if variable shuld be dereferenced.
(gud-display1): Exit if there is `No symbol'.
(gdb-expressions-mode-map): Correction to key-binding.
(gdb-reset): New function. Reset environment at end of debugging.
(gdb-quit): Remove.
