Improve documentation of records
* doc/lispref/Makefile.in (srcs): Add the forgotten records.texi.
* doc/lispref/records.texi (Records): Recommend that record type
names use package-naming conventions.
* etc/NEWS: Add the naming convention recommendation for record
types.
