* config.h.in (HAVE_LOGB, HAVE_FREXP): Add #undefs for the
configuration script to edit.
* floatfns.c (Flogb): Use HAVE_LOGB and HAVE_FREXP, instead of
assuming that all USG systems have FREXP.
