(TERMINFO): Define, if HAVE_NCURSES.
(LINUX_SIGIO_DOES_WORK): Maybe define, based on Linux vers.
[LINUX_SIGIO_DOES_WORK]: Don't undef SIGIO, SIGPOLL, SIGPOLL.
Do define INTERRUPT_INPUT.
