Remove duplicate definition of tty-defined-color-alist.

* src/xfaces.c (syms_of_xfaces) <tty-defined-color-alist>: Sync doc with
Lisp version.
* lisp/term/tty-colors.el (tty-defined-color-alist): Remove duplicate
definition of C variable.
