Workaround a libotf crash with Kannada font (bug#30193)

* configure.ac (HAVE_OTF_KANNADA_BUG): New define.
* src/xfaces.c (syms_of_xfaces) <Vface_ignored_fonts>:
Add problematic Kannada font if necessary.
