Fix glitches with 'configure --without-sync-input'.
* configure.ac (--without-sync-input): Fix typo in usage message.
* alloc.c [!SYSTEM_MALLOC && !SYNC_INPUT && HAVE_PTHREAD]:
Include "syssignal.h", for 'main_thread'.
