Let configure set DEFAULT_SOUND_DEVICE

* configure.ac (DEFAULT_SOUND_DEVICE): New definition.

* src/sound.c (DEFAULT_SOUND_DEVICE) [!WINDOWSNT]:
* src/s/netbsd.h (DEFAULT_SOUND_DEVICE): Let configure set it.
