Fix finding anchor references after 'Info-on-current-buffer'
* lisp/info.el (Info--record-tag-table): New function, extracted
from 'Info-find-node-2'.
(Info-find-node-2, Info-on-current-buffer): Use
'Info--record-tag-table'. (Bug#72391)
