Use the term `scroll bar', instead of `scrollbar'.
* alloc.c, frame.c, frame.h, indent.c, keyboard.c, keyboard.h,
lisp.h, term.c, termhooks.h, window.c, window.h, xdisp.c, xfns.c,
xterm.c, xterm.h: Terminology changed.
