Avoid turning on the global-minor-mode recursively
* lisp/emacs-lisp/easy-mmode.el (define-globalized-minor-mode): Clear
the buffer-list inside MODE-enable-in-buffers to avoid enabling the
mode recursively. (Bug#31793)
