* frame.c (Qenvironment): Remove.
(syms_of_frame) <Qenvironment>: Don't initialize.
(Fdelete_frame): Don't treat the `environment' param specially.
* frame.h (Qenvironment): Don't declare.
* callproc.c (set_initial_environment): Don't set unused frame param.
