gud-gdb-marker-filter without taking it as an argument.
(gud-gdb-run-command-fetch-lines): Caller changed.
(gud-gdb-completion-function): New variable.
(gud-gdb-completion-at-point): Use it.
(gud-gdb-completions-1): Split from gud-gdb-completions.
