* lisp/jit-lock.el: Fix signals in jit-lock-force-redisplay.
Use lexical-binding.
(jit-lock-force-redisplay): Use markers, check buffer's continued
existence and beware narrowed buffers.
(jit-lock-fontify-now): Adjust call accordingly.
