Put its autoloads into tpu-edt.el rather than loaddefs.el.

Delegate to tpu-cursor-free-mode.

(tpu-backward-line, tpu-scroll-window-down, tpu-scroll-window-up):
Use line-move or forward-line instead of next-line-internal.
