(xemacsp): Remove. Replace with (featurep 'xemacs).
(ispell-graphic-p): Inline and then remove.
(toplevel): Get rid of unnecessary loop.
(ispell-parse-output, ispell-complete-word): Replace (substring s 0 1)
with a call to aref.
(ispell-get-line): Remove unused arg `reg-end'.
(ispell-region): Update corresponding call.
