Make TAB and M-TAB run widget-forward and widget-backward (bug#25091)
* lisp/gnus/mm-decode (mm-convert-shr-links): Avoid `shr-next-link'
and `shr-previous-link' so TAB and M-TAB run `widget-forward' and
`widget-backward' instead (bug#25091).
