Improve the bengali-probhat input method
* lisp/leim/quail/indian.el ("bengali-probhat"): Set KBD-TRANSLATE
and SHOW-LAYOUT flags non-nil. This makes the IM usable with Dvorak
keyboard and also shows more useful help. Reported by Akib Azmain
