* Sandbox syncronous libgccjit invocation on interactive sessions
Avoid unnecessary memory fragmentation/leakeage
* lisp/emacs-lisp/comp.el (comp-final1): New function.
(comp-final): Invoke `comp-final1' in a child process if in an
interactive session or directly otherwhise.
