Let Flymake backends attach arbitrary data to diagnostics
This is easier that setting properties on diagnostics' text.
* lisp/progmodes/flymake.el (flymake--diag): Add data slot.
(flymake-make-diagnostic): Add DATA arg.
(flymake-diagnostic-data): New accessor.
