Make diff-revert-and-kill-hunk consider an active region
* lisp/vc/diff-mode.el (diff-revert-and-kill-hunk): When the
region is active, operate on all hunks it overlaps.
* doc/emacs/files.texi (Diff Mode):
* etc/NEWS: Document the change.
