(icalendar--datetime-to-american-date): New name for
icalendar--datetime-to-noneuropean-date. Make old name obsolete alias.
(icalendar--datetime-to-iso-date): New function.
(icalendar--datetime-to-diary-date): Doc fix. Respect
calendar-date-style if bound.
