Fix prefix arg handling in ibuffer marking commands.
* ibuffer.el (ibuffer-mark-forward, ibuffer-unmark-forward)
(ibuffer-unmark-backward, ibuffer-mark-interactive): Support plain
prefix and negative numeric prefix args.
