Remove the per-tree null node

"make check" shows 0 unexpcted.

* src/itree.h (itree_null): Declare extern.
(ITREE_NULL): New macro
(struct interval_tree): Remove null member.
* src/alloc.c (mark_overlays): Use ITREE_NULL.
* src/itree.c: Use ITREE_NULL insteads of a tree's null.
* src/pdumper.c (dump_buffer): Use ITREE_NULL.
