Change the "pretest" bug report address to the multi-tty list.
* src/emacs.c (REPORT_EMACS_BUG_PRETEST_ADDRESS): Change address to the
multi-tty mailing list.
* lisp/mh-e/.arch-inventory: Ignore mh-loaddefs.el.
