Merge changes made in No Gnus

gnus.texi (Customizing the IMAP Connection): Mention nnimap-record-commands.
nnimap.el (nnimap-record-commands): New variable.
 (nnimap-log-command): Use it.
 (nnimap-make-process-buffer): Add a space to the process buffer.
