* goto-addr.el (goto-address-at-mouse,
goto-address-find-address-at-point): use compose-mail.
(goto-address-mail-method): removed variable.
(goto-address-send-using-mh-e, goto-address-send-using-mhe,
goto-address-send-using-mail): removed functions.
