Ignore 'eshell-broken-pipe' error in 'eshell-sentinel'
This can happen if 'eshell-sentinel' tries to write output to another
process, but that process has already terminated.
* lisp/eshell/esh-proc.el (eshell-sentinel): Use 'ignore-error'
instead of 'unwind-protect'.
