Support debug declarations in pcase macros
* lisp/emacs-lisp/pcase.el (pcase-MACRO): New edebug spec.
(pcase-UPAT): Use it. Remove "`".
(pcase--edebug-match-macro): New function.
(pcase-defmacro): Support debug declarations.
