Remove C_SWITCH_SYSTEM_TEMACS.
* s/darwin.h (C_SWITCH_SYSTEM_TEMACS): Remove.
(malloc, realloc, free): Use emacs, not temacs for conditional
definition.
* Makefile.in (C_SWITCH_SYSTEM_TEMACS): Remove.
(ALL_CFLAGS): Do not use C_SWITCH_SYSTEM_TEMACS.
