Read non-ASCII chars from unibyte string sources as raw bytes
Previously, latin-1 was incorrectly assumed (bug#70988).
* src/lread.c (readchar): Convert to raw byte.
* test/src/lread-tests.el (lread-unibyte-string-source): New test.
