Clarify list terminology
* doc/lispintro/emacs-lisp-intro.texi (Lists diagrammed):
Mention "cons cell". Add index entries.
(car & cdr): Simplify etymology of `car' and `cdr'.
Explain why for some purposes they are better than `first' and `rest'.
Mention cons cells.
