Revert "Eglot: tests must work on 26.3"
This reverts commit 331492a148588991af5ce9a24a2020b3d380e03f.
My bad: gensym wasn't the problem, it's available from 26.1. Incf
was the problem, in the main program file.
* test/lisp/progmodes/eglot-tests.el (eglot--with-timeout): Back to gensym
