Don't rely on LLDB output format
Let Gud define its own frame format that is easily parseable,
and also contains the full source file path.
* lisp/progmodes/gud.el (gud-lldb-stop): New function.
(gud-lldb-marker-filter): Support new frame-format.
(gud-lldb-frame-format): variable for frame-format.
(gud-lldb-initialize): Set frame-format.
