Improve thumbnail generation on MS-Windows
* lisp/image/image-dired-external.el (image-dired-create-thumb-2):
Optimize PNG thumbnails.
(image-dired-pngnq-thumb, image-dired-pngcrush-thumb)
(image-dired-optipng-thumb): On MS-Windows, invoke the PNG
optimization programs synchronously.
