Fix a race condition when evaluating Eshell commands
* lisp/eshell/esh-cmd.el (eshell-do-eval): Don't defer when all the
processes are done.
* test/lisp/eshell/esh-cmd-tests.el
(esh-cmd-test/pipeline-wait/nested-pipes): New test.
