eshell: Add 'rgrep' builtin
* lisp/eshell/em-unix.el (eshell/rgrep): New function.
(eshell-unix-initialize): Add "rgrep" to 'eshell-complex-commands'.
* etc/NEWS: Add NEWS entry for rgrep.
* doc/misc/eshell.texi (Built-ins): Add documentation for rgrep.
