Adjust to recent Gnulib changes
The Gnulib regex module now pulls in some wide-char stuff
that I think Emacs doesn’t need.
* admin/merge-gnulib (AVOIDED_MODULES): Add iswblank, iswctype,
iswdigit, iswxdigit, wctype.
