Fix new Eshell tests on MS-Windows
* test/lisp/eshell/eshell-tests.el (eshell-test/eshell-command/background)
(eshell-test/eshell-command/background-pipeline): Allow for ".exe"
in the program's name. This fixes these tests on MS-Windows.
