Include version number in doc `make dist' tarfiles.

* doc/lispref/Makefile.in (version): New, set by configure.
(clean): Delete dist tar file.
(dist): Use version in tar name.

(clean): Delete dist tar file.

* doc/emacs/Makefile.in (version): New, set by configure.
(clean): Delete dist tar file.
