More small manual updates for cl.texi
* doc/misc/cl.texi (Setf Extensions): Partially restore note about cl-getf, mainly moved to lispref/variables.texi. (Property Lists): Fix cl-getf typos. * doc/lispref/variables.texi (Generalized Variables): Fix typo.
