Adjust cursor column when auto-scrolling during rectangle selection

* lisp/mouse.el (mouse-drag-region-rectangle):
Move cursor to the correct column during auto-scrolling both when
crutches are used and not (bug#38641).  Reported by Konrad Podczeck.
