(tramp-debug-outline-regexp): Add thread regexp.
(tramp-debug-font-lock-keywords): New defconst.
(tramp-debug-outline-level): Adapt to changed
`tramp-debug-outline-regexp'.
(tramp-get-debug-buffer): Use `tramp-debug-font-lock-keywords'.
